Stevie T asked: Hey! I’m in the UK and have downloaded a few programmes that I can’t get here and would like to know how to upload British shows for friends in the States.
Would like to know how to do in HDTV which includes the sound as well as the great picture quality, does anyone know how to do this at all?
I’m using a Mac by the way!
Many thanks in advance,
Stevie.

toddbinder_com asked: I want to setup a Windows Media Center PC in my living room and I want to use our HDTV as the monitor. Can I realisticly use the HDTV as a monitor for web browsing, email and word processing? What kind video card options and connection options do I need to take into consideration?
What is the best, or most realistic connection option? Do I need some kind of converter box?

am asked:
I use to hook it up so it would work through my VCR and on channel 3. But now with HDTV I have to go to input and choose one of the many video options, but none work.

Momma! asked:
We’re looking at buying a new TV and we deffinitly want a flat screen. However, all the flat screens that we’ve looked at are HDTV. We’re not planning on getting HDTV and we just have plain cable, so wouldn’t it be a waste of money to buy an HDTV if we don’t even plan on getting HD? Or when you buy an HDTV does it automatically just have high definition? Ah, someone help me out here! I don’t get it!
ugh, I knew I was going to get an answer like that. No, I’m sure I DON”T want HDTV, my cable is included in my rent right now and if we switch to anything else we’ll have to continue to pay the same amount of rent but also pay the seperate cable bill.
Wow, confusing!! So are you saying that in a couple years we’re all going to be forced to get HDTV??

cnov123 asked: Here is what I have to work with:
1. HDTV with one HDMI input
2. Cable box (DVR built in) with one HDMI out
3. Upconverting DVD player/recorder - with HDMI out
Each piece has additional standard inputs and outputs.
I want to ensure I have the best quality HD picture, along with the ability to record off my DVR to my DVD recorder.
What would be the best way to hook this up without having to invest in more equipment? I am willing to buy the cables needed, but not an AV receiver or some “other” type of gadget.
Help help.

We have one hdtv that is using an antenna that is in the attic. We have another hdtv that uses rabbit ears but doesn’t get as many stations. Any suggestions to get a better picture without using cable or having to run another antenna wire?

qwertyup asked:
I recently bought a samsung HDTV from circuit city with warranty and I’m planning to return it. It has only been a few days since I bought it. Is the warranty refundable along with the TV or will they just give me store credit? Also, I did the 36 month no interest and only paid $500 so far? Any ideas? Thanks.
